We charge $200 for 8-nights for two adults, taxes included (1250 pesos per night). Our monthly stay drops to 1050 Php per night ($600 US per month). Each unit comes with a free motorbike. There are no contracts to sign. Our gorgeous swimming pool is open 24 hours. We serve breakfast and dinner. And we supply free 100,000 Mbps fiber-optic Internet (100,000 Mbps) and each apartment features a 52" Sony Smart TV that can download movies from Netflix and other movie providers. Each suite has a separate kitchen with a 2-burner gas stove, a modern large refrigerator, oscillating wall fan, air-conditioning, microwave oven, and barbecue grills. Everything is fully furnished. Just bring your bathing suit. We also have onsite laundry facilities and a huge American style bathroom. We are located in a crime-free residential area and surrounded by a 16-foot-tall electrified concrete wall. Our main building is earthquake, typhoon, lightning, fire, and burglar-proof. BUT WE ARE NOT A DRUNK OR DRUG ATTIC FRIENDLY. A few beers or a glass of wine is okay.
