The mainland-side protected reef area off Dauin proper, distinct from Apo Island’s sanctuary — part of the same black-sand muck-diving stretch that made Dauin internationally known (BBC Planet Earth III featured the area for hosting 29 of the world’s 33 known frogfish species).
