Within the Balicaocao watershed, adjacent to Mag-aso Falls — a serious spelunking destination rather than a casual walk-through cave. Explored and measured by the Western Visayas Cavers Association in June 1997 at 436.54 meters long and 149.29 meters deep, identified as one of the deepest caves in the Philippines. Requires proper caving experience/guides, not a casual add-on to a falls visit.
