Baluarte
Description
Also spelled Boluarte — named after a large solitary rock jutting into the sea on Apo’s west coast. A slope of soft and hard corals divers can work in either direction, with its own volcanic gas bubbles emerging from sand at around 18m (a smaller-scale version of Largahan’s feature). Turtles, sea snakes, trevally, and passing bumphead parrotfish. Suits beginners and experienced divers alike.
