Advanced drift dive at Apo Island’s northern tip, locally called ‘The Washing Machine’ for its strong, multi-directional currents. Sandy slope down to 25-28m where whitetip reef sharks rest during the day; schools of jacks, trevally, and chevron barracuda pass through over soft corals, gorgonians, and large barrel sponges. Best on an incoming tide. Not for beginners — currents can be genuinely disorienting.
