Description

The larger and better-known of the Balinsasayao Twin Lakes, a crater lake inside Balinsasayao Twin Lakes Natural Park in the mountains above Sibulan and San Jose. A popular day trip from Dumaguete for boating, birdwatching, and hiking through the surrounding forest — the park protects one of the last significant stands of old-growth forest on Negros, and is home to species found nowhere else on the island.
