Description
Restaurant and pasalubong (souvenir) shop — Bacolod institution established 1987, now run by the third generation of the family. Famous specifically for Half-Moon Cake (a sponge cake topped with citrus-tinted egg custard, ₱50/piece, best eaten within 12 hours unrefrigerated) and Napoleones (a layered pastry). Also serves full home-cooked meals — kare-kare, lengua, Angus beef tapa, cansi — not just a dessert counter. The pasalubong section stocks other Bacolod delicacy brands too, including Bongbong’s and Virgie’s Homemade products, alongside Pendy’s own piaya, barquillos, and rosquillos. Open 7:30am-8pm.
