A midrange hotel on the Araneta Avenue corridor south of downtown, better known locally by its full name Planta Centro Bacolod. It offers proper hotel facilities including function rooms at rates below the uptown competition, and the Araneta location works well for travellers using the southern bus terminals or doing business along this side of the city. You will want a tricycle or Grab for Lacson Street outings, which is the main trade-off for the price.
