Dumaguete – Valencia – Casaroro Falls

The short climb from Dumaguete to the Casaroro Falls access area above Valencia, rising to close to 600 metres in about thirteen kilometres. Valencia’s municipal hall area is the natural midpoint and the last full town stop — food is easiest here before continuing up. Above the town the road passes the upland view area and the mountain-resort cluster around Tejero and Forest Camp, then reaches the Casaroro access area, where road and stair access take over from driving. The falls sit in a gorge below the road, reached by the stairs — the drive delivers you to the access point, not the falls themselves.
