Kabankalan – Hinoba-an

Kabankalan – Hinoba-an
Kabankalan – Hinoba-an

Description

The long run down the southwestern coast, from Kabankalan to Hinoba-an near the island’s southern tip. The road drops out of Kabankalan’s lowland commercial sprawl, crosses the Ilog river country, then settles into the coastal pattern that defines the rest of the drive: barangay clusters, fish landing areas, and open stretches where the road and the shoreline run together. Sipalay sits about two-thirds of the way down and is the only sizable service town after Cauayan. Past it, traffic thins noticeably and the road carries mostly local movement to Hinoba-an, where the coastal highway effectively ends its western run before turning toward the Oriental side.
